Books I bought for my birthday



It is almost my birthday (25th May) and because of the Corona virus everything will be different this year. I can invite max.3 people over but that is it. So yes, this birthday is going to be different and I wanted treat myself this year. That is why I went to the bookstore and bought new books. These are the books I bought for my birthday.

Pop goes the weasel – M.J. Arlidge

A while ago I read the first book, eeny meeny, from the Helen Grace series written by M.J. Arlidge. And I really enjoyed that book. I want to read more of this series. Right now, there are already 9 books in this series, so enough books to read for me. This book was also on my book wistlist so that is why I wanted to buy this one.

For years, I thought I wouldn’t like the books by Karin Slauther. Turns out, you always have to try it first before you say that you don’t like it. Because A few years ago I read a book by Karin and I loved it. So when I found this book voor just 7.50 euro I was sold.

I’ve seen this book everywhere on Instagram and other social media platforms. And I really like Becky, because she wrote ‘Simon vs Homosapiens agenda (Love, simon) a few years ago. So yes, of course I wanted to read this book.
