I am starting a new blog serie here on my blog about the law of attraction. I believe in the law of attraction and I know I am not the only one. It did help me achieve goals and do the things I love. Everyone can live their dream life and you have to believe it is possible. But first I am explaining what is the law of attraction really? because maybe you never heard of it before.
What is the law of attraction?
The law of attraction is the belief that you can attract anything into your life whatever you are focusing on. Think about it: if you are thinking about red cars, you suddenly see it everywhere. You can ask anything you want, if it is money, good health, relationship or that job you really want. You can achieve it. Ofcourse the law of attraction works all the time and just for the positive things in your life. If you constantly thinking about your debts and the fact that you are still jobless, you will attract it. And if you not sure about setting big goals yet, try to attract smaller things first.
I remember that I wanted to try/test the law of attraction. It was around 11 in the morning and I was a bit hungry. So I thought; Maybe I should attract a delicious sandwich. And I started to visualize it and guess what? 20 minutes later I got a call from my mom and she told me that she would bring me sandwiches. She never does that!! I was shocked, because it worked. This is a simple example ofcourse. And don’t think everything will come to you in seconds while you are sitting on your couch. Sometimes you have to work for the things you want, like money or a relationship.
Try to think about the positive things in life. It is hard to control every single thought you have, but a positive thought is so much stronger than a negative one. If you are noticing that you are thinking negatively, change it and try to name 5 things that makes you happy in that moment. That could be anything; you are wearing your favorite jeans, the sun is shining, your lunch was delicious or you just had a good talk with a friend.
Every day I write down the things I am grateful for that day and I write it down in a journal. When my mood is not good, I just read my happy moments and it makes me feel a lot better immediately.
