What is the Law of Vibration

If you are into the spiritual lifestyle (or not), you might have heard of the Law of Attraction. With the Law of attraction, you can manifest things into your life. But it is not the only universal law. We all know the Law of gravity too, but there are more laws. One of them is the law of vibration and today I want to explain to you what it is and how it works.

What is the Law of Vibration

If you are already familiar with the Law of Attraction, you already know that everything in this world is energy. The couch you sit on, your kitchen and your body are made of energy. Your thoughts, action, and words are also energetic. Have you ever had a day where everything went wrong? I think everyone knows how that feels. It does not feel great. Or have you ever been into a fight? That did not feel great either, right? What about going to a festival or concert? How were you feeling at that moment? Probably the opposite and you felt amazing.

Let’s go back to a day when everything went wrong. You woke up and you probably wanted to sleep a little more. You weren’t in a great mood when you woke up. Then something bad happened, you were stuck in traffic and you started to feel more annoyed. At work, everything went wrong too. I am using this example because it is relatable. Everyone has had one of those days. When you started that day in a bad mood, you were radiating a vibration. This time it was a low vibration. And because you were radiating that low vibration, you started to get more of those ‘negative’ situations. That was not a coincidence. You were attracting it. Being stuck in traffic made you feel worse. That is how the Law of Vibration works. You radiate some kind of energy (high or low vibrations) and you will get more of the things that are aligned with your energy

Using the Law of Vibration to manifest

In the documentary ‘The secret’ they mentioned that you should feel good and create good thoughts to manifest. I used a ‘negative’ situation above, but it also works the other way around. If you decide to feel good no matter what, you will attract more things to be grateful for.

I think this is a skill everyone can learn. Our brain loves to mess with us sometimes, but you have to become stronger than that. The best thing you can do is to start your day right. Listen to your favourite music and dance. Create more moments during the day to take the time to be grateful for everything. Maybe you have a job you don’t like, try to find a way to make it fun and then maybe you will attract another job you will love. Check your mood/vibration every now and then. If you are feeling good, keep going. If you don’t feel so great, try to raise your vibration.

How to stay in a high vibration

We all want to attract good things to us right? But how do you get there and how do you stay in that great mood? It all depends on the situation, there is not one right way to fix your mood. If you have to deal with negative people, try to avoid them if possible. If you hear people gossiping, try not to join because that will lower your vibration.

You should do more things you love, and spend more time with friends and family you love. Play with your pet, meditate, walk/exercise and eat healthy. Listen to your favourite or find a hobby you love. In every situation, you can find something bad but also something good. Focus on the good side of life. If you are stuck in traffic, listen to a podcast or audiobook. Or maybe you can turn on the music and sing along. Everyone is different, you might like to do other things than I do. Find out what makes you happier and do more of that!

Note: I would like to mention that there are some grey areas in the Law of Vibrations and how it works. I don’t think you 100% could avoid all of the bad things. I think it is also a way how you handle the situation.
