Love, Guaranteed

But as the case heats up, so do Susan and Nick’s feelings for each other.

Review

Another romance Netflix original movie and I was so excited to see this one. Susan is a great lawyer but she is too nice for everyone. She doesn’t care if one of her clients pays the bills a little bit too late. But in business that is not very smart. You have to pay for a lot of things.

Luckily Nick needs her help and he pays her a lot of money. Nick went on 1000 dates and is still very single. First of all, just like Susan, I was surprised that someone would go on 1000 dates. That sounds really exhausting. And according to all of those women, Nick was a gentleman and he paid for every breakfast, lunch, and dinner. That must have cost a lot of money.

Of course, you know that they would end up with each other immediately. He is a very good person and she is a good person. In movies, people like them always end up with each other. And romantic movies are always super predictable.

I loved the characters but to be honest the storyline is not something I haven’t seen before. I wanted to be surprised. Netflix also made romance movies like ‘Set it up’ and ‘the perfect romance’. And I couldn’t stop thinking how much this movie reminded me of ‘the perfect romance’. They both are basically about dating apps and falling in love. I want to see someone new. Back in the day, people made awesome romance movies like ’13 going on 30′ or ‘How to lose a guy in 10 days’. I wish they would more great romance movies like that.

But of course, I am also a lover of Hallmark romance movies and the Netflix romance movies fall in the same category. It is not bad, but it isn’t great either. But you will still enjoy it and fall in love with the characters.
