How to raise your vibration

If you are familiar with the Law of Attraction, you’ve heard about vibrations and frequency. Everything in this world vibrates at a different level, even humans. Researchers did some research and found out that people can vibrate at different levels. They found out that when you are angry or feeling stressed, you vibrate at a lower vibration. But as soon you change your mood and become happy instead, you vibrate at a higher level. We all want to be satisfied. It is one of the things people always say when you ask them what they want to be. But what if you noticed you are feeling low most of the time? How can you feel a little bit better? I will give you a couple of tips on how to raise your vibration.

Before I share my tips, I would like to say that there is nothing wrong with having a bad day. Just listen to what your body is trying to tell you. It is better to feel those emotions instead of putting them away and trying to be happy too hard. It will have the opposite effect.

How to raise your vibration

Hang out with happy people. Energy is contagious. When you are around negative people who complain all the time, you start feeling negative too (if you are not protecting your energy). But that also means you can feel a little bit better when you are around happy people.
Exercise. If you are ever feeling stressed, go out for a walk. It will help you so much. Exercising is a great way to release those feel-good hormones and feel better about yourself.
Listen to music. Music can really influence your mood, so put on your favourite music and just sing along.
Listen to your body. Listen to your body and try to listen to what it needs. Maybe your body is tired and needs a nap. Or you need to eat something.
Selflove. Self-love is about accepting the situation you’re in right now and being happy with who you are right now. But it is also more than that. Selflove is also allowing yourself to grow.
Meditate. When you are an overthinker, you might have a lot of negative thoughts. And how you think, feel, act and speak determines the way you are feeling (and what you are attracting). When you meditate you let these thoughts go and slowly you are getting fewer thoughts and you start to raise your vibration.
Spend time in nature. Nature is healing and it has a calming effect on you. So when you are feeling stressed, go outside. Find a park or go to the woods and just enjoy the environment.
Eat healthy foods. You’ve probably heard of ‘you are what you eat. Researchers found out that even food vibrates at different levels. Sugar and very processed foods vibrate very low, but fruit and vegetables vibrate higher. Sugary foods are very addictive but it is not the best way to feel better.
Practise gratitude. Buy a little journal for yourself and write down a few things you’re grateful for each day. It will help you to see life positively.
Do something you love. Everyone has that one thing that you can do for hours and this is also a great way to raise your vibration. Maybe you like to read or make music.
Play with your pet. Spending some quality with your pet does wonders sometimes.
Be careful about the things you’re watching. How do you feel when you are watching a horror movie? Or how do you feel when you are watching the news? If the answer is fear, stop watching it! Start watching things that will lift your mood. You don’t want to torture yourself.
Stop gossiping. If you like to gossip, stop doing that and you will raise your vibration.
