But also during the colder days, it is tempting to stay inside under a warm blanket. In this blog post, I will give you a few reasons why you should go outside every single day.

Exposure to natural light also helps regulate your circadian rhythm, improving sleep quality and promoting better mental clarity.

During that time I spend a lot of time outside and when I came back from my walk, I suddenly had a lot of inspiration again.

We need social interactions with others.
