You´ve probably heard of The Law of Attraction before, but did you know that it is just one of the 12 universal laws we have? The Law of Attraction is probably the most known one and a lot of people are using this law to attract things, but there are 11 other laws you use in your life without knowing it. In this blog post, I will explain what the 12 Universal laws are and how to use them.
The 12 Universal Laws and how to use them
- Law of Divine Oneness
This law helps us to understand that every single thing you do, feel or say influences yourself and others. Everything in this world is connected. Plants, animals, people and everything else are connected. So think twice before you try to insult someone. Instead, show compassion, don’t judge and just be nice to others. You have no idea what someone is going through. And still, if this person hurts you, it is because they are not in a great place (mentally). It is better to feel sorry for them. - Law of Vibration
If you are familiar with The Law of Attraction, you’ve probably heard of vibrations or frequencies. Everything has a vibration, even though you can’t see it. You have lower vibrations and higher vibrations. You are probably familiar with that since we call them emotions. If you are happy and feel loved, you vibrate at a higher level. And the good news is that you are also in control of this. It might take some practice, especially when you have been in a bad mood for weeks, months or even longer. To raise your vibration, think positively (most of the time) and do things that make you happy. - Law of Correspondence
What does your outer world look like? Do you have good friends, a job and fun life in general? Then you probably feel good on the inside too. And no, these things don’t influence your inner world. It is the other way around. Our reality is a mirror of what’s happening inside us. Life is not happening to you, it is happening for you. If your life is chaotic, it is because you are also chaotic on the inside. - The Law of Attraction
Number four on this list is the most well-known one and that is the Law of Attraction. People use it for manifesting things in their lives. This law means like attracts like. What you focus on and believe in, is what you get back. It is kind of similar to the Law of Vibration. If you want to find love, but instead you never give love to others, how can you expect to find love at all? This applies to everything in your life. - Law of Inspired Action
Have you ever got this gut feeling you had to do something at that moment and suddenly things started to happen? Your intuition knows best and you should listen to it more often. We can manifest things in our lives, but most of the time we have to take action, inspired action to be precise. Instead of forcing things to happen, take a step back, calm your mind and listen to what your intuition is trying to tell you. - Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy
Sounds extremely complicated, but it can also be very powerful. Energy can not be destroyed, it can only evolve. This means you can change your vibration and your energy. In simple words, you have the power to change your mood. How? Do things that make you vibrate higher. Listen to beautiful music, watch an uplifting movie and spend time with positive people. Stop doing the things that lower your vibration, like watching the news, bullying someone and getting angry at your boss. - Law of Cause and Effect
Every action or reaction has an effect, meaning everything you do has an effect. Sometimes it can take a while before you see it, but eventually, you will see it. If you do something bad, you might think people will never catch you. But you are wrong! Eventually, they will. Or maybe you react terribly because you hit your toe or you are stuck in traffic again, the way you react has also an effect on your life. If you get stuck in traffic and you hate it, then the rest of the day might be terrible as well. But if you decide to just have fun while you are stuck in traffic, your whole day will be a lot better. - Law of Compensation
Everything you give, you get back. Or sometimes I just call this karma, and this can be a good thing or not. If you help others, eventually people will help you with things when you need it. You reap what you sow. Don’t look away when someone needs your help. - Law of Relativity
Have you ever compared yourself to others? The answer is probably Yes. When you were comparing yourself, you probably thought his/her life is so much better. Or when it is raining, a lot of people are saying that is bad weather but is it really bad? Everything is neutral, we just gave meaning to certain things and we stopped appreciating the things we already have. Take time to be grateful for the things you already have. - Law of Polarity
Everything in this life has an opposite. Good and bad, Black and white or North and South. Applied to life situations this means that when you are on one side of the spectrum, you focus on the other side of the spectrum for more life balance. If you are going through a breakup, focus on the other side which can lead to a new perspective or lessons. - Law of Rhythm
Cycles are a part of life. You can not feel amazing all the time and that is completely fine. Sometimes you feel tired and other times you have a lot of energy. Just go with the flow instead of pushing yourself to be energetic all the time. A good example of this is the menstrual cycle. One week you have tons of energy, while the week before your period you will feel less energetic. Instead of fighting against it, go with the flow. Instead of pushing yourself, give yourself time to rest. You know your body, you know what it needs. - Law of Gender
Masculine and feminine energy exists in all things. Our society is focused on ‘working hard and being productive all day long’, which is masculine energy. But because of that, we don’t make a lot of time to relax and just be. You need both energies to lead a balanced life. Work hard and work out and take time to take care of yourself.
These are the 12 Universal laws. However, I don’t want you to be overwhelmed. Most of the laws are related to each other and you don’t have to be a perfect person. Don’t overthink this. Just read the article. Maybe the next time you want to react in a bad way, you remember this article and decide to respond differently.
