I am trying to eat vegan and healthier snacks every week and this time I’ve made vegan banana cookies with oats. In case you missed it, last week I made roasted chickpeas and they were a big success. I also want to say that I am making better and healthier (and more vegan) decisions at the moment. And I really enjoy eating healthy food.

Ingredients:
– Bananas
– Oats
– Chocolate/raisins etc.

How to make vegan banana cookies with oats

This recipe is pretty easy and you only need two ingredients. Used three bananas, because I wanted to make a lot of cookies. If you just want to try to make these cookies, I would suggest using one or maybe two bananas.

First step:  Preheat the oven (200 degrees Celsius) and squash the bananas with a fork or spoon. And maybe you can also use your blender for this.

Step two:  Add the oats (and your extra ingredients) and mix it together until it is not that sticky anymore. When it is still too sticky, use more oats. I didn’t use extra ingredients. Next time I will use an extra one for some extra flavour.

Step three: Make the cookies, you can use any shape you want. Little note; The cookies are not getting bigger in the oven, unlike other cookies.

Step four: put them in the oven for 20 minutes
