Can you believe it is already March? I am still sitting mostly at home but still, there are things I want to do. This month I am going to focus on changing my habits and life. But before I share my goals for March 2021 with you. I am going to look back on the goals I had in February. Did I everything that was on my list last month?
Looking back on Febrary
Read 10 books: no, I didn’t. I think I read 6 in total, which is also fine. I even didn’t read any of the books I wanted to read, but maybe in March, I will find more time to read those books. I hope so!
Try to meditate daily: This is one of the goals I completely failed. I don’t make always the best choices and instead of spending time wisely and meditate, I mostly was watching Netflix. But I want to do this in March since I am sort of changing my habits and life.
Drink more water: I think I did this on most days, but it is still hard!
Write and upload a blog post every day: Sort of! I published a blog post almost every single day.
My goals for March
Exercise every day
I want to lose a little bit of weight but I am still sitting on the couch eating junk food. Well, I have to change that. I want to do a Chloe Ting work-out every morning and on the weekend I want to be more active. I want to go outside for a long walk or maybe longer work-outs.
Even though I publish a new blog post almost every single day, my DA score is still very low. DA score has nothing to do with how often you publish but with links. So this month I am going to focus on internal linking and making my blog even better. And since this is going to take a lot of time, I will spend a whole month doing this because I’ve published more than 200 blog posts at this point.
Meditate daily & changing my life
Last month I wanted to meditate daily but I kind of failed. I was watching Netflix series instead. But since this month is all about changing my habits and my life, I want to try daily meditations. I realized how many thoughts I get constantly. And if you don’t change, the result will never change. So this month is all about changing life (mostly inner world like feeling happier, less stressed) and I will document everything for my YouTube channel, so you can follow me on this journey. I also think it is good to film everything because otherwise, I would give up after a few days. I hope this time I will not give up.
Make new videos for YouTube
My last video on YouTube was a month ago and it was the books I read in January‘. So it’s been a while now since my last video but I am making my comeback this month. I want to make awesome videos again that can help people or just inspire or entertain them.
