About Little

Jordan is happy to be a boss, but now she thinks she can be this mean woman and everyone would still follow her rules. One day there is a mean little girl at her office and she yells at her. This little girl takes out her wand and wishes that Jordan would be a little kid again. The next day she wakes up as a kid. And it is not the perfect time to be a kid again, because she has a deadline at her work. But instead of going back to work, she has to go back to school. In the meantime, April (Jordan assistant, who I also love in this movie) is the new boss at the company. Together they are trying to figure out how to reverse this black magic spell.

How does this only have an IMDB score of 5? Okay, maybe it wasn’t the best story ever but was super hilarious. The grown-up Jordan was like really mean and she didn’t give a shit what other people might think about her. She is the boss and everyone has to follow her rules and apparently carry her bags.
But I loved the kid version of Jordan (played by Marsai Martin). She was so good! I loved her acting and can definitely see a bright future for her as an actress.

Jordan had to learn a lesson because you don’t have to be a bitch to be a boss. When she has to go back to school, she ends up at the loser table again! Even when she was trying to be a mean girl. So this doesn’t mean that if you are a bitch you will be popular. And I loved the part when the little version of Jordan is flirting with the teacher. That was hilarious. Wish I had good-looking teachers like that in school.

But maybe there are already way too many movies like this. Think about ’13 going 30′, ’17 again’ or ‘Freaky Friday’. Maybe everyone else was comparing it to these movies, which is always a mistake. This movie made me laugh (even though the last part was less funny) and that is always a good sign. And to be honest, I haven’t seen a good comedy movie in a long time.
