2018 started almost 2 weeks ago and I was wondering what are your dreams for this year? And are you already working on it or did you gave up? If you want to change something about your life, why aren’t doing it? Do you really want change? How bad do you want to live your dream life. If you really want to change your life, I will give you a couple tips on how to make 2018 your year.

Make a vision board

What are your goals? And when you make your goals, be very specific. If you are looking for a partner, write down what qualities in your partner are you looking for. Is that person funny? Is he/she a great cook or romantic? Find images online or in magazine that rmatches your goals and out them on a empty canvas and when you are finished you can hang your vision board where you can see it every day


Now you’ve made your visionboard, it is time to use it. Sit down and you can close your eyes. Relax and take a deep breath. And try to see AND feel how you would feel if you already achieved your goals. For example: you want to manifest a relationship. How would you feel if you were in a relationship? How would your life look like? Be very specific and use your senses. What do you hear? What do you smell and see?

Be positive

Like attracts like, so if you are very negative you will attract negative things. I know it can be ‘hard’ in the beginning to change your thoughts. What really helped for me is meditation. If I have a negative thought, I simply notice it and I will think of something beautiful. And believe me: there are so many beautiful things in the world. When you are focused to see the beauty, you will see more and more beautiful things.


Ofcourse this is also very important, because nothing will come to you if you don’t work or take action. Do the things you normally would do. And sometimes, you will get an idea. Act on it. When I want new ideas for my blog, I just ask. Most of the time I get a lot of ideas. You don’t need to know how your dreams will manifest, focus on the end goal and be grateful for the things you already have.

Act as if it already happend/happened

All of the things above are awesome things to do everyday, but this one is the most powerfull. I used it couple times now and I believe I manifested everything I wanted. There are different ways to do this. A lot of people wants to attract more money, so I will use that as an example.
Option 1: print your bank account statement and change your total/balance. How much money do you want on your bank account? Or you can write yourself a check (old-fashion way, I know) and write down how much you want to earn.
Option 2: Use the ‘remember’ technique. Tell yourself or someone else this: ‘Do you remember when I earned .€…….. because of my work?’ Your brain doesn’t see if it really happened or not. So if you tell yourself that it already happened, your brain starts to believe it.
