Can you believe it is already September? And when it is September, it means it is almost time for autumn. Then it is time for Halloween and before you know it, you are making plans for Christmas. Time flies when you are having fun I guess. Today I am sharing my goals for September with you. So let’s go.
Read four books
I have read two books in August, but this month I want to read at least four. I am currently reading ‘The Unexpected everything’. And I am also spending a lot of time offline this weekend. I am in a reading mood, so my weekend is all booked (literally).
The other books I want to read are:
– The Dark Tower – Stephen King
– Under the Dome (part 1) – Stephen King
– The Rosie Effect – Graeme Simsion
10.000 steps daily
I am currently doing the 10.000 step challenge. That means I am taking at least 10.000 steps for 30 days. I am going to write a whole blog post about it. I want to find out if this will affect my energy levels, my stress levels and my mood. I did some research and some people say it is good for you to take 10.000 steps every single day. Dr Hatano was the person who started all of this.
This month I am trying to feel more energetic, happier and relaxed. I get overwhelmed so easily and my thoughts are racing 100 miles per hour. And I don’t want to spend too much time thinking and less time doing. Because when I do I feel sad and all other negative emotions. So this weekend I am spending less time on the internet.
These were my goals for September 2018, what are your goals for this month?
