Getting back into alignment

Today I want to talk about a new journey and it is about getting back in alignment. The reason why I am starting this new journey/series is because the last couple of days were rough. My emotions were all over the place and I just wasn’t feeling great at al. And this while when I am writing this blog post I am not feeling great and really tired. So I definitely want to get back in alignment.

What is Alignment?

It is maybe hard and difficult to explain, but I am going to make it very easy to understand. Being in alignment means that you are connected to your higher self and you are feeling great. When you have those positive emotions, it probably means you are in alignment. On the other side, when you feel low and sad, it can mean that you are out of alignment.

And trust me, everyone wants to be in alignment. Because aligned means that you are having those positive emotions and everyone wants to feel happy right? But it is also means that is a lot easier to manifest you dreams and desires. So if you are already familiar with the Law of Attraction, you know that like attract like.

Why I want to get back in alignment

There are a few reasons why I want to get back in alignment. One of the reasons is that I am not getting enough sleep every single night. For example: on I went to bed around 11 pm on Saturday night, but I could not fall asleep before 5 AM. And just three hours later I woke up again. 
And the lack of sleep has affect on my daily life. I feel more irritated, sadness, stressed and more of those negative emotions. 

Another reason is that I stress about a lot of things without any good reason. I worry about the past or the future and I am definitely not living in the moment. 

What do I want to change?

There are a few things I would like to change and that will help me to raise my vibrations and my mood.

For example:
– Exercise more
– Be more mindfull
– Spend less on Social Media/Internet
– Wake up at 6.

Wake up at 6 AM every single day
Waking up earlier is one of the things on my to do list. Currently I wake up till 8 am because I am not getting enough sleep. Normally I would wake up between 7 and 8 am. But I want to try waking up at 6 am every single day. I noticed that when I wake up earlier, I am feeling more productive, happier and more relaxed. 

I also want to start doing the miracle morning routine again. So the miracle morning routine is basically creating a routine in the morning and do the things that will make you feel relaxed and feel good. During this hour you can do a meditation, write in your journal, exercise to wake up your body, breathing exercises. During this hour you are not going to use your phone of course. Just by relaxing the mind and start the day mindfully can help you to feel better during the day. If you start your day wrong, most of the time your whole day goes wrong right? So if you start your morning in peace, your day will more peaceful.

Exercise more
I am a blogger and I sit a lot during the day. I sit when I am working, I sit when I am reading, I sit when I am watching Netflix and I sit when I eat. But sitting all day long is not great for your physical and mental health. That is why I want to exercise more. I want to go out for a walk every single day. I want to stretch in the morning and maybe do a little work-out at home. You can easily find a lot of work-out videos on YouTube these days. 

Spend less time online
Yes, as a blogger I already spend a lot of time on my computer. I also love to watch YouTube videos and Netlix. And don’t forget the amount of time I am wasting on social media. And that needs to change. I want to focus more on creating content and less watching what other people are doing right now.

Currently I am following around 5500 people on Instagram and that is a lot. I am following way too many people for sure. So I am definitely going to do a unfollow spree later this week. This is going to take a lot of time because you just can’t unfollow everyone in one hour. Instagram does not like spammy behaviour. So every now and then I am going to unfollow a few. 

And if I am really spending less time online, I will have more time to read and do some other things. I think that it will be hard at the beginning because I probably don’t what to do next.


And ofcourse, during this journey I film and document everything and share it here on my blog and on my YouTube Channel and tell you how it is going. I don’t expect that I will be happy 24/7, but I think it will increase my vibrations.
