About Every day

Every Day is based on the New York Times bestseller by David Levithan. It tells the story of Rhiannon who is falling in love with a soul named ‘A”. A is not your average person, because he/she wakes up in a different body every single day. Rhiannon and A work each day to find each other, not knowing what or who the next day will bring. A never knows who
he/she is going to be the next day. Everything that A knows that is always a girl or a boy around the age of 16.

Review

I saw someone blogging about this movie and how she liked the movie. I’ve never heard of this movie before, so I decided to watch it that evening.
First of all. I am glad to see that Debby Ryan just got a small part in this movie. She is just not my favourite actress. Angourie Rice who played the role of Rhiannon was pretty good. I liked her.

I had to watch the trailer before I decided to watch the full movie, I realized it sounded familiar. But now I know it is based on David Levithan’s book. I haven’t read that one yet, but I’ve heard a lot about it. What I like about this story is that I’ve haven’t seen a movie or read a book like this. It is a new concept for me, which makes it more interesting.

I also noticed that she only kissed A when he/she is a boy, until the very end. There is one moment she kissed A when he/she was a girl in the locker room. I got the idea that she was closer to A when he/she was a boy.

The movie took a different turn when A woke up as a suicidal teen and A and Rhiannon wants to stop her from killing herself.
This movie has a happy ending but not how you would expect it. I mean how realistic is it to date someone who is in a different body every single day? I don’t like to spoil too much, so you have to find out how it ends.

But it is a perfect movie for a girls night! It is way better than the average Netflix original movie (except for ‘To all the Boys I’ve loved before‘).
And because of this movie, the song ‘Electric love‘ by B├śRNS is on repeat

Saw this movie ! back in March its a really nice review. I really liked the movie because of its one of a kind concept and especially ‘A’ making his own Instagram account posting the pictures of every Body he’s ever been into.
