Can you believe it? It is already June. We are almost halfway through 2019. In May we had a lot of holidays and I took some days off. But now I am back in my workflow and I can’t wait to share new content with you.

I decided to bring this blog series back. I can’t remember when I made this kind of blog post for the last time, but it was a while ago. Setting goals helps me to stay focused on things I want to reach/manifest. So here are my goals for June 2019.

Meditate daily

I am someone who makes lists in her head and because I am always thinking about the things I have to do, my mind can be chaotic. Which means my thoughts are controlling my life.  I am taking back control over my own thoughts. And meditation is a great way to calm your mind.

No screens in the evening

When I don’t use screens (phone, tv or laptop) I sleep so much better. The last couple of days I’ve been watching movies at night and I immediately noticed that I woke up several times in the middle of the night. This is going to be an interesting challenge because there is a lot of football on television this month. First, our national men team is in the semi-final (and maybe final) of the Nations League and Worldcup for our national women team starts this Saturday. And because I love football, I probably want to see everything. But I will only make an exception for our national team when they have to play in the evening. They have to play their first matches in the afternoon, so for now, I am lucky.

Walk daily.

Exercising is good for everyone. It is good for your body but also your mental health. Because of my work (blogging etc.) I sit for many hours every single day. And especially when I am in a workflow I tend to make long hours and forget to exercise. This month I am aiming to make 10.000 steps a day. Just to improve my health and lower my stress levels.

Make more time to be grateful

I always hear successful people talking about being grateful is the best thing you can do when you feel a little bit down. I already have a gratitude journal and now I want to use it daily. Tony Robbins has this routine every single morning where he thinks of three things that he is grateful for and he really feels it. It changes your state.

Make new pins for every blog post

And the last but not least goals is a blog related one. I am currently working on my Pinterest strategy and I am making new pins for every single blog post. It takes a lot of time and I still have to make a lot of new pins, but I am 100% sure that I can finish this in one month.

    Mijn doelen zijn wel deels hetzelfde, namelijke elke (werk-)dag wandelen en mediteren en dankzij m’n bullet journal waar ik net weer mee ben begonnen heb ik 1) minder screentime & 2) ik heb alweer een dankbaarheidslijst aangemaakt 🙂
