Have you read my blog about the Law of Attraction? You really want to reach your goals, but somehow you never reach any of your goals and you don’t get the things you want? Maybe your vibration is low, We, people, love to complain about everything: our boss, our neighbours, traffic and on other people we don’t even know. How can you receive good things when you talk bad about other people behind their backs? And that is only the beginning. A lot of people feel miserable every day, even though they have the power to change it. The solution is that you should probably raise your vibration. Today I give you 6 ways to raise your vibration.

What does a high vibration mean?

We all vibrate energetically at a particular frequency. The higher the frequency of your energy or vibration, the lighter you feel in your physical, emotional, and mental bodies. You experience greater personal power, clarity, peace, love, and joy.

6 Ways to raise your vibration

I’ve found six great ways to raise your vibration. Remember: don’t stress that you have to feel good. Just see what works for you and do that.

Dance and sing like nobody is watching

Okay, maybe not everyone loves this. But I am a big fan of dancing and singing when nobody is watching. Music makes me happy and when you are happy, your vibration is high!


Taking care of yourself is so important. Take a hot bath, book a massage, read a good (self-help) book. Be nice to yourself, learn how to love yourself.

Eat healthy food and drink water

Everything in this universe is energy including the foods you eat every single day. Some foods vibrate at high frequencies, like veggies and fruits and some lower like your Big Mac from the McDonalds. Not saying that you can’t eat those things anymore, but be more aware how much high vibe foods you eat. Eat them every day and don’t eat low vibe food every day. (Tap) Water is also a great source of high vibration.


Have you ever had that great feeling after a work-out or a long walk? I did and it feels great.  During a workout or a walk, your brain releases feel-good chemicals, like endorphins. It makes you happier, more relaxed, more energetic and more creative. Which means you are on a high vibration. So the next time you feel a little bit tired, go out for a walk.

Breath deep and Meditation

Meditation helps to calm your mind from negative (and positive) thoughts. After a meditation session, you feel lighter, happier and more relaxed.

Gratitude journal

If you want to attract more great things, you should be grateful for everything you already have. When you appreciate the little (and also big things) in your life, you feel better about your life and you see how great life is. Buy a notebook and every day you write down the things you are grateful for that day and feel it.
